How to reach us

• Email [email protected].

We read that inbox for account, billing, and iOS app issues. You can also just ask in the thread. Pip does not treat HELP as a special command.

The iOS app

Pip Companion is optional. Pip in Messages works without it. The app is only for live camera check-ins when Pip texts you a link.

• Connect with the same phone number Pip already texts, in E.164 (for example +14155551234).
• Open check-in links like https://hooks.textpip.com/checkin/… on that iPhone. The app uses the camera for a live proof photo, and location only when that check-in needs to confirm you are in the right place. Both are deleted once the check-in is judged.

Stop or delete

• Reply STOP by itself to pause check-ins and reminders. Pip then texts a link if you want to fully opt out. That does not cancel billing. You can also stop texts from your dashboard.
• Email [email protected] to see or delete everything held about you.
